Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement lean principles to optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure strict OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-accident safety culture
- Manage warehouse technology systems (WMS, RF scanners) and process improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with transportation and procurement teams
- Analyze KPIs and develop actionable plans to boost productivity and reduce costs
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate inventory records
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30 certification and advanced safety training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS platforms and warehouse automation systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational data
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
