Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory receiving, sorting, and storage protocols
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Maintain OSHA-compliant warehouse safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy (training provided for WMS systems)
- Valid California driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM shifts (Sun-Thurs)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
