Responsibilities
- Safely unload inbound shipments and verify inventory accuracy
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day deliveryOperate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner experience a plus)
- Reliable transportation to evening shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments
- No felony convictions (required for background check)
