Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using RF scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift hours.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory and workflow.
Qualifications
- Ability to work overnight shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
