Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process orders with high accuracy to meet daily operational targets.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and hazard-free at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work the overnight shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but on-the-job training is provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required for material handling roles.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
