Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently and safely, ensuring accurate inventory counts.
- Stack pallets and organize merchandise according to company standards and safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) to move materials.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory accuracy and scanning.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
