Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy using our WMS system
- Conduct quality control checks on products before packaging
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory counts and report discrepancies in real-time via our remote portal
- Collaborate with supervisors through virtual daily stand-ups
- Maintain organized storage areas and comply with safety protocols
- Support seasonal peak periods with flexible scheduling options
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with basic computer systems and mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to Boston facility (1-2 days/week)
