Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure 100% accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, applying proper labels and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work the overnight shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using handheld scanning devices.
