Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including RF Scanners and handheld devices, to pick and pack orders with high accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before packaging.
- Label, wrap, and prepare packages for shipment according to carrier specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and logistics coordinators to meet daily productivity and efficiency goals.
- Sort and stock inventory in designated areas to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate counting, sorting, and scanning.
- Ability to work in a standing/walking environment for long shifts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Denver facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
