Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Load and unload shipments efficiently to ensure timely distribution to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S standards.
- Perform routine equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe working condition.
- Follow safety protocols strictly to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and record-keeping to maintain accurate stock levels.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Good vision and ability to distinguish between colors (if applicable to safety gear).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification through our paid training program.
