Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Load and unload trucks with freight, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we will train motivated candidates.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts.
