Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks in accordance with safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse zones.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs, packing lists, and inventory reports.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Equipment Knowledge: Willingness to learn to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and fellow workers.
