Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory using provided equipment
- Pick and pack orders for shipment with precision and efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces and safety protocols
- Operate pallet jacks and scanners as needed for inventory movement
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours overnight (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to the Scottsdale facility
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
