Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using company-provided equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through digital systems and handheld scanners
- Safely operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) after comprehensive training
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery operations
- Uphold OSHA compliance standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity targets
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – full training provided
