Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) provided by the company
- Accurately receive, sort, and stage inventory according to protocols
- Conduct quality checks and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Complete digital inventory records using provided tablet systems
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems training
- Commitment to workplace safety and equipment handling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid state ID and willingness to undergo background screening
