Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage inbound and outbound shipments using provided forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and organize stock in designated storage areas.
- Inspect equipment and merchandise for damage or defects prior to processing.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for scanning, labeling, and tracking.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Willingness to obtain a valid forklift operator certification (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment and stand for extended periods.
