Responsibilities
- Operate powered warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) for efficient material handling
- Perform accurate inventory scanning, stocking, and order fulfillment operations
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following OSHA standards
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to company policies and security protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to operate powered equipment (certification provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
