Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload shipments using provided forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Organize, stock, and track inventory accurately using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Picking & Packing: Process customer orders by picking, packing, and labeling products to ensure timely delivery.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance on provided warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the night shift team to meet daily productivity targets.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic with a history of consistent attendance.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety instructions and inventory labels.
- Equipment Training: Willingness to be trained on forklifts and other powered industrial equipment.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
