What You Will Do
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise and inventory.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Package, label, and prepare items for shipment to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a smooth handover.
What We Are Looking For
- Ability to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory levels and organize stock in designated areas.
- Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided by employer).
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and labeling systems.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
