Responsibilities
- Retrieve items from storage shelves based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Verify item quantities and quality before packing to ensure zero errors.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap) for shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory and order verification.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment for long shifts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
