Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using manual pallet jacks or forklifts.
- Sort, organize, and inventory stock items to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Package and prepare items for shipment according to company standards.
- Perform regular cycle counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Willingness to learn and operate warehouse machinery safely.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
