Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage freight efficiently and safely.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with supervision.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and update warehouse management systems.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to learn new equipment and safety procedures quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
