Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate powered industrial equipment in strict accordance with OSHA safety standards.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Document daily activities and report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and barcodes accurately.
- Willingness to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license (not always required, but a plus).
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
