Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily production targets.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace to ensure compliance.
- Update inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overnight hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail are essential.
