Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and sort incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) and conveyors safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, cycle counting, and stock organization.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods on concrete floors.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing and labeling.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (required for data entry).
- Must be available to work rotating overnight shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Valid driver’s license or ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Willingness to learn new warehouse technologies and processes quickly.
