Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement lean inventory management systems to reduce waste by 20%
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with 3PL partners
- Conduct daily safety audits and ensure OSHA/CalOSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout using WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Generate operational reports for executive leadership
- Manage cross-functional projects with procurement and sales teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS platforms and MS Office Suite
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Proven track record in inventory reduction and cost control
- Strong leadership with conflict resolution expertise
