Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers quickly and safely, adhering to weight limits and safety regulations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, after completing necessary safety training.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all 5S principles.
- Scan barcodes and verify shipment details using handheld scanners.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and equipment upkeep as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
