Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery to move products throughout the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment, ensuring high accuracy rates and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Truck Loading/Unloading: Load and unload trailers in a timely manner, ensuring proper securing of cargo for transport.
- General Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and shipping areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Certifications: Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) is preferred but training may be available for qualified candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
