Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks) to transport materials safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts using digital systems with real-time remote oversight capabilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams via virtual platforms for seamless supply chain integration
- Maintain accurate digital records of inventory movements and warehouse conditions
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols while supporting remote safety monitoring initiatives
- Optimize storage layouts through digital warehouse management system (WMS) interactions
- Support inventory audits with remote data verification and documentation
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience with digital inventory systems
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and RF scanners
- Strong digital communication skills for remote collaboration tools (Slack, Teams)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and navigate warehouse environments safely
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional equipment transport)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote monitoring tasks
