Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse staff with performance metrics
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Optimize inventory management systems and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate with logistics teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance and safety inspections
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience in logistics/distribution
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with high-volume e-commerce fulfillment operations
