Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment during overnight shifts
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant precision
- Conduct quality control checks on inbound/outbound shipments
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records using WMS systems
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience with overnight shift preference
- OSHA certification and heavy machinery operation proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with inventory accuracy >99%
- Valid North Carolina forklift certification
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
