Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Maintain precise inventory counts using RF scanners
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability for 10-hour overnight shifts (11 PM - 9 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
