Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments with 99.9% accuracy.
- Perform picking, packing, and labeling of customer orders according to strict specifications.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and push heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but training is provided.
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willing to get certified).
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
