Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Train and lead 10-15 team members on safety procedures and productivity standards
- Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts using WMS systems
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution

Qualifications
