Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks utilizing pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, scanners) in compliance with all safety regulations and company protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including packing lists and logs, with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy rates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
