Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers efficiently using powered industrial equipment (Forklift/Scissor Lift).
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct daily quality checks on inventory and ensure proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to work the Overnight Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification if not currently certified.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
