Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Teamwork: Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
