Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers accurately and efficiently to meet daily quotas.
- Verify inventory against packing slips and manifests to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline shipping and receiving processes.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic computer skills for scanning labels and logging data.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including overtime.
