Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Scan and verify inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control and safety.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
