Responsibilities
- Retrieve and pull items from warehouse shelves based on pick tickets.
- Package items securely to ensure safe delivery to customers.
- Verify product quantities and labels before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other staff.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick lists and labels.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Nashville facility.
- Eligible to work legally in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
