Responsibilities
- Pack Orders: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to specific size and weight requirements.
- Inventory Control: Check inventory levels and ensure stock is rotated correctly to maintain freshness and availability.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate RF scanners, handheld devices, and pallet jacks to streamline workflow.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects or damages and report any discrepancies immediately to the team lead.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free workspace to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Basic computer skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
