Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Prepare outbound orders for shipment using pick-to-light systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to 7900 Commerce Park Drive, Tampa, FL
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts and occasional weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
