Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Equipment Operation: Operate various warehouse machinery and equipment (training available).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Willingness to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
