Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and containers.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory organization.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems (training provided).
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Work Ethic: Strong commitment to punctuality, attendance, and workplace safety.
- Communication: Basic reading and math skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
