Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, stocking, and cycle counts using warehouse management systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Coordinate with remote supervisors via digital communication tools during shift
- Process outbound shipments with precise documentation and scanning
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless supply chain operations
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through digital reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA Forklift Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and digital communication skills
