Responsibilities
- Manage inventory systems and order fulfillment processes with remote oversight tools
- Lead overnight warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and quality control
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA safety standards
- Coordinate with remote team members via digital communication platforms
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation using warehouse management software
- Implement process improvements for overnight shift efficiency
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates on safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and remote collaboration tools
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
