Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 team members across flexible shifts while maintaining productivity standards
- Optimize inventory control systems with WMS software to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and continuous safety improvements
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with transportation teams
- Lead cycle counts and quarterly audits with zero tolerance for discrepancies
- Develop training programs for new hires and cross-functional skill development
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Expertise in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and inventory management
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills with bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends as needed
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with clean record
