Job Overview
As a key member of our operations team, you will ensure the efficient flow of goods in and out of our facility. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will directly impact our delivery timelines and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage materials and products for shipment using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in our WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Package and label products securely, ensuring all shipping documentation is correct.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to maintain safety and accessibility standards.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and report any equipment malfunctions or hazards immediately.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for distribution centers and retail locations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
