Responsibilities
- Pack, Label, and Ship: Efficiently prepare orders for shipment using proper packaging materials and labeling systems.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards before leaving the facility.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidate.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
