Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a focus on speed and accuracy to meet daily quotas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as certified.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and shipping logs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required (we offer training).
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication: Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: A consistent track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Legal: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
